The Certificate in Hotel Operation is a comprehensive 1.8-year professional program comprising four academic semesters and a mandatory industry internship. Strategically structured to meet global hospitality standards, the curriculum delivers rigorous technical training in front office management, food and beverage operations, and division workflows, producing industry-ready graduates equipped for immediate operational roles. This program focuses on developing both practical skills in food and beverage operations and rooms division, as well as essential managerial skills, to enhance graduates’ employability in the global and local hospitality industry.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

LOCAL STUDENT

• Possesses SPM/O Level with at least credit in 1 subject ; OR Mathematics and Biology/ Physics/ Chemistry/ al App
• Possesses SKM Level 2 in the related field; OR
• Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government. OR

INTERNATIONAL STUDENT

• Achieve a minimum of Band 3 in MUET or equivalent to CEFR (Mid B1).
• Fulfil International Qualification Equivalency for International Students to Enter Higher Learning Institutions.
